Councillor Gillian Harris, Cabinet Lead for Regeneration & Communities, said: "Not only does staying active benefit your physical wellbeing, but it also helps to improve your mental health. Exercising can be a fun, easy thing to do, no matter your age or ability.
"These family sessions are suitable for beginners - you don't need to be an expert to exercise!"
Havant’s Get Up and Go programme – funded by Energise Me – is aimed at helping residents with physical/mental health conditions stay active through various physical activities.
