Land charges and searches
The Council has now moved to a new software system for case management across the Local Land Charges, Planning Development, Licensing and Environmental Health services. This has recently led to a temporary disruption in service with the transition to the new system, for Land Charges.
The new system is live, and is in the final stages of being made available publicly for searches. Those already submitted are being logged and will be processed in due course. We thank you for your patience and understanding at this time.
