Land charges and searches
The Council has now moved to a new software system for case management across the Local Land Charges (LLC), Planning Development, Licensing and Environmental Health services. This has recently led to a temporary disruption in service.
We are very pleased to say that the LLC service is now live and able to run CON29 and EIR searches. Please note that if you have submitted a Personal Search or EIR request since 28 July these will be processed chronologically in the order they were received and do not need to be sent again.
