The Meridian Shopping Centre is the main retail focus in Havant town centre annually attracting over 2.5 million visitors and has entrances facing the main pedestrianised retail precinct of West Street as well as North Street where Waitrose is located. Current occupiers in the centre include Wilkinsons, FatFace, Costa, Citizens Advice and WH Smith alongside other national and local retailers.
There are currently only a few vacant retail units in the Meridian Centre with a variety of net internal areas ranging from 625 sq ft and 5,750 sq ft. The units are available on competitive and flexible terms.
