The Policies Map accompanies the Building a Better Future Plan. It illustrates where specific planning policies and land-use designations apply, such as the settlement boundary, housing development allocations, protected green spaces or nature conservation designations.
You can navigate to a particular property or place to see what policies apply there. In doing so, please be aware that many policies in the plan apply to everywhere in the Borough, and these are not indicated on the Policies Map.
Alternatively, if you have read the Building a Better Future Plan and are interested in a particular policy or designation, you can select the relevant ‘layer’ from the list to see where it applies.
