  • Full application for new dwellings (up to and inc 50) - £578 (per dwelling)
  • Application for removal or variation of a condition - £293
  • Change of use of a building or land - £578
  • Advertising (relating to the business on the premises) - £165
  • Approval/Discharge of Conditions Discharged - £145
