The council has identified the currently undeveloped area between Denvilles and Emsworth as having potential for a substantial development of around 2100 homes together with community infrastructure including substantial open space, a primary school and a local centre. We are proposing to confirm this development allocation through the emerging Local Plan.

The landowner has appointed a preferred housebuilder for the majority of the land. They have set up a dedicated website to keep residents informed of progress towards a planning application.
