Unfortunately, we currently have crew members self-isolating following advice from the NHS Test and Trace coronavirus service which has resulted in disruption to garden waste collections.
Garden waste collections have been suspended and will resume on Wednesday 9 December.
Excess garden waste resulting from this delay will be collected on your next scheduled collection date after the suspension.
Coronavirus safety measures have meant that we have not been able to re-assign crews to cover these rounds without breaking the 'bubbles' which keep crew members safe.
The safety of our crews continues to be of paramount importance throughout the pandemic as they work to keep your collections going. However, we apologise for any inconvenience caused and will get your garden waste collected as soon as possible.
