The new garden waste service year runs from Wednesday 1 April 2026 to Wednesday 31 March 2027.
You can renew your subscription or join the service if you are not already signed up, through our online portal.
Subscribers have been sent a renewal message. If you have already renewed, you do not need to do anything. If you did not receive your renewal email, you can still renew using the link below.
What is new this year? Stickers for 2026/27 will be a different colour so that crews can identify those who have renewed. Our crews will also check subscriptions electronically.
What can you expect? You have an option of two sizes of brown lidded bin, 140 litres or 240 litres, depending on the amount of garden waste you have. This is collected every two weeks. It is an easy way to manage your grass cuttings, leaves and prunings without trips to the Household Waste Recycling Centre.
The annual cost depends on the size and how many bins you require. This covers all collections until Wednesday 31 March 2027 (collections are suspended for two weeks during the Christmas period), so you receive best value by signing up early.
