The portal is a great tool on the Havant Borough Council website to keep informed of any issues with bin collections, report a missed bin collection, see all rescheduled collections and to subscribe to the Garden Waste Service.
All you need to do is log in using your chosen email address. Each account can include multiple addresses, making it easier if you manage services for elderly relatives or others who do not use the internet. Once logged in, you will be able to view details for each address.
The portal shows your bin collection schedule, so you can easily see which days to put out your household waste, recycling, and if you subscribe, your garden waste bin.
