Looking for a way to be more active but don't know where to start?
Havant Borough Council’s Get Up and Go project has been around for seven years and offers a variety of physical activity opportunities to suit the local community. Activities are developed with residents’ views in mind and are often at lower price points, giving more people the chance to explore and access a range of different sports and sessions.
Some of the activities on offer include the following:

| Mixed ability yoga | Fridays from 10.30am – 11.30am | Leigh Park Baptist Church | First session FREE, then £7 for 6 week course | 
Councillor Gillian Harris, Cabinet Lead for Regeneration and Communities, said: "Playing a sport or attending an exercise class is a great way to improve your physical and mental health. Join a Get Up and Go session and ease into fitness at your own pace, in a fun and friendly environment."
