You must have an appointment to visit an HWRC in Hampshire. This is to safely manage traffic queues.

If you visit an HWRC without an appointment you will be turned away.

Please note, from the 1st of January 2024, DIY waste charges at HWRCs are being replaced with a per household allowance.

Residents will be able to dispose of up to eight 50 litre rubble bags or four bulky items, free of charge every four weeks. Any waste which exceeds this allowance will be chargeable.
