Link Up Hub is based in the Public Service Plaza, Civic Centre Road, Havant, PO9 2AX and is open from 10am-4pm Monday to Friday. We support young people across Havant, Leigh Park, Waterlooville, Hayling Island, Emsworth and Petersfield. 

Havant Borough Council is working in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to support the borough’s young people into employment, training and education. 

We are also able to signpost to advice and support around housing, benefits, health and wellbeing providing a holistic and personalised approach to each young person who uses the service.
