England's new landlord register opens on 15 December 2026. As part of Phase 2 of Renters’ Rights Act implementation, landlords letting homes in Havant on an assured or regulated tenancy (most private lets) must register each property on GOV.UK's "Register your rental property" service by 14 June 2027.
