Simon is chartered in planning, housing and management. He has experience in the public sector for local authorities in Hampshire and Dorset in housing and planning and in the private sector in a national consultancy and as a planning and management consultant across the country. He has worked in planning policy and development management. His previous role was as shared Head of Planning, Economic Development and the Regeneration Consultancy.

With over fifteen years management experience, Natalie has proven experience of managing an eclectic range of services that support both Havant Borough Council and East Hampshire District Council. Responsible for Parking & Traffic Management, Community Safety & Neighbourhood Quality, Environmental Enforcement, Environmental Health, Pest Control and Planning Enforcement, Natalie focuses on efficiently providing customer-led, insight-fed outcomes, and manages services sold to local authorities and external companies.

With over thirty years of experience working in local government, Tracey provides core strategic guidance for both Havant Borough Council and East Hampshire District Council on housing and community services, and works with a variety of customers, commissioners and local agencies. Leading a strong, dedicated team, Tracey’s responsibilities include dealing with issues such as homelessness, community engagement and development, strategy formulation, and coordinating activities regarding the impact of Welfare Reform.

Lyall leads the Eastern Solent Coastal Partnership, representing a multiauthority approach to reducing the risk of coastal flooding and erosion, and managing the local coastline. A trained Civil Engineer with over 25 years experience and Vice Chairman of the Southern Coastal Group, Lyall has overseen the development of Coastal Policies, implemented numerous multi million pound projects and transformed day to day service delivery utilising the latest developments in technology.
