The Havant Borough Local Plan was withdrawn from examination (please see Statement of Fact document below) on 16 March 2022 and work has started on a new Local Plan for Havant Borough. The Havant Borough Local Plan (with changes) as considered by the Full Council on 9 September 2020 is available below for reference. This should aid understanding of the opportunities and constraints associated with sites which were included in that plan.
