Changes to the planning service
The Council has now moved to a new software system for case management across the planning service. Our officers have been working with limited access to records, and some communications and decisions have been impacted during downtime prior to the system going live. The downtime began on 31 July 2025

- Works within or along the boundary of an existing dwelling - £262
- Full application for new dwellings (fewer than 10) - £588 (per dwelling)
- Removal or variation of a condition (householder) - £86
- Removal or variation of a condition (commercial/non major) - £586
- Change of use of a building or land - £588
- Advertising (relating to the business on the premises) - £168
- Approval/Discharge of Conditions (householder) - £86
- Approval/Discharge of Conditions (commercial) - £298
