Regarding recycling collection services
Recycling collections have been suspended this week for the south of the borough. We apologise for any inconveniences caused.
This viability study assesses whether, in the context of the policy requirements in the Local Plan, development can viably be delivered in Havant. The study also considers the level of Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) which can be accommodated, and as such supported the CIL Charging Schedule Review in 2021.
