We are happy to accept requests from third parties such as solicitors to provide the following:

• Copy S106 Agreements
• Confirmation that S106 Obligations have been discharged
• Confirmation that CIL has been paid

This is a chargeable service. The current charge is £145 this is increasing to £158 at 1 April 2026.
