Man V Fat football - if you’re a man in Hampshire who wants to lose weight, improve your fitness and play football with a bunch of likeminded men, MAN v FAT Football is for you.
The NHS app contains support and advice, including finding ways to exercise and practical ideas for healthy meals. You can also find free apps and tools to help lift your mood.
Weight Watchers Hampshire offers a range of support for over 16s looking to lose weight. For individuals with a BMI of 28 or above living in Hampshire (not Southampton and Portsmouth) this is a funded service. Call 0345 602 7068 quoting WWRS095 or complete the online form.
Alcohol and drug recovery
Inclusion Recovery Hampshire offers support with drug and alcohol issues. Those aged 24 and under can call 0845 459 9405. Those aged 25 and over can call 0300 124 0103.
The NHS website offers support to cut back on alcohol, including the Drink Free Days App.
Rethink Your Drink helps you find out if you're drinking too much. Drinking too much can affect your body, your mind and your relationships.
Gambling support
GambleAware offer free advice, tools and support to help keep people safe from gambling harms.
Gamblers Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other to help solve their gambling problems.
GamCare offers one-to-one face-to-face, online and telephone therapeutic support and treatment for people experiencing gambling harm.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust offers a specialist service to people with gambling addiction / gambling disorder. You can self-refer by completing an online form.

Every Mind Matters offers expert advice and practical tips which cover the Five Ways to Wellbeing and other topics such as how to sleep better, anxiety support, and managing difficult thoughts and feelings.
The Foundation for People with Learning Disabilities has a guide to help those with learning disabilities look after their mental health.
Havant and East Hants Mind offer a range of support to Havant residents.

Mind Support Line for Hampshire is available on 023 8017 9049, 8am-8pm weekdays, 9am-5pm weekends. The charity offers support and ideas to help you to cope if you feel anxious or low, practical guidance on how to stay well at home, specific support such as benefits or bereavement services, and support for carers.
