Havant Borough Council is running a survey of residents to find out how people are managing during the pandemic.
The survey will reveal how coronavirus is affecting people’s lives and how the council can help.
Questions focus on the impact on mental health and personal finances as well as other difficulties experienced during the crisis.
The council has committed to running the survey every few months, this is the second issue, and the results will be compared to help spot trends and changes.
Cllr Mark Inkster, Havant Borough Council’s Cabinet Lead for Finance, said: “The coronavirus pandemic has made life very difficult for a lot of people both personally and professionally.
“We need to understand how the coronavirus affects you and your community so we can plan our recovery.
“The information gathered helps us to plan how to best respond and what support we need to provide for our residents.”
