Councillors, speakers and officers will discuss the proposed development of 86 new homes – including 25 affordable homes – in Cowplain during a Development Consultation Forum (DCF).
This forum will be held in the Council Chamber at the Plaza, Civic Centre Road, Havant on Tuesday 11 December 2018 at 6.30pm.
The proposed development is for housing on land currently occupied by Padnell Grange at Padnell Road, Cowplain. The vast majority of the site has been allocated for residential development in the Havant Borough Local Plan.
Members of the public can attend and listen to the debate, with the option of completing feedback forms with their individual comments at the end of the meeting.
To find out more information about this proposal, please visit the Havant Borough Council website.
Councillor Leah Turner, Cabinet lead for Communities, Development and Housing, said: “This forum is a chance for the developer to identify any concerns from officers, councillors and community groups before submitting any formal planning application.”
Details of the proposal are available to view on the Development Consultation Forum page on the Havant Borough Council website.
DCFs are held in public but are not public meetings and therefore only invited speakers, councillors and officers can contribute.
Anyone with views on the proposal is encouraged to contact their councillor or community representative.
