Councillors, speakers and officers will discuss the proposed development of 81 new homes in Havant during a Development Consultation Forum (DCF).
This forum will be held in the Council Chamber at The Plaza, Civic Centre Road, Havant on Tuesday 14 August 2018 at 6pm.
The proposed development is for housing plus an open space, including a community orchard on land west of the crematorium, Bartons Road, Havant.
All proposed housing is within the boundary of the borough of Havant, whilst the community orchard, open space and drainage falls within East Hampshire District Council’s region.
Members of the public can attend and listen to the debate, with the option of completing feedback forms with their individual comments at the end of the meeting.

Councillor Leah Turner, Cabinet lead for Communities, Development and Housing, said: "These forums are a good way for developers to recognise and address community concerns before submitting their formal planning application. No decisions about the proposals are made at this forum.”
Details of the proposal are available to view on the Development Consultation Forum page on the Havant Borough Council website.
DCFs are held in public but are not public meetings and therefore only invited speakers, councillors and officers can contribute.
Anyone with views on the proposal is encouraged to contact their councillor or community representative.
