The evidence base studies below were critical in preparing both plans.

A number of these studies have now been superseded by studies which have been prepared to support the Havant Borough Local Plan 2036.

Climate change and energy studies

Climate change is a major issue for the global and local agenda. In order to adapt to and mitigate the impacts of climate change, a range of evidence will be used in the future planning of the borough.
