Havant Borough Council invites residents to attend its fourth annual Dementia Information Day event, helping those living with dementia and their carers, families and friends seek support and advice from local charities and organisations.
This free drop-in event - organised by Havant Borough Council and supported by Dementia Friendly Havant Borough CIO, Dementia Friendly Hampshire and other local organisations - will take place on Friday 10 July 2026 from 10am to 1pm at the Public Service Plaza (Civic Centre Road, Havant, PO9 2AX).
The event will consist of a marketplace of stalls and information stands, which will provide dementia related support. A full list of stallholders will be added to this page shortly. There will also be various talks, including:
A range of taster sessions will be taking place, along with a functional fitness MOT session from Get Up and Go.
The event, sponsored by Right at Home and Home Instead, will also have live entertainment for all to enjoy, provided by Singing for the Mind Dementia Choir. Refreshments will be available.
There is no need to book, simply turn up!
