Havant Borough Council will now be collecting your beach hut licence payments directly. Until now, these payments have been managed by Norse South East (NSE).
This change is happening because the council will now be responsible for managing beach hut licenses, instead of this being done on the council’s behalf by NSE.
What does this mean for you?
Your final payment to NSE will be taken on 28 September 2025. Please do not cancel this.
After that, you will need to set up a new Direct Debit with Havant Borough Council for your future payments.
Payments will continue to be taken on the 28th of each month, just as they are now.
What do you need to do?
Complete a new Direct Debit form - please note, this is an external link.
When completing the form, please enter “Beach Hut” in the boxes for customer reference, fund code, and ledger code.
Once we have received your completed form, we will confirm your balance outstanding, along with the instalment amounts and payment dates.
Please complete the form by 10 October 2025.
