Wellbeing walks is a scheme that aims to improve people’s health and well-being through regular walks.

The scheme has more than 10,000 volunteer walk leaders nationwide and is hosted by the Ramblers.

Havant borough currently has 5 walks, some of which have been going for 20 years. Find your local walk by searching your postcode on the Wellbeing Walks website.

Wellbeing walks are between 10 and 90 minutes and up to 3 miles. Walks usually take about an hour with people able to choose their own pace, and most walks have a shorter walk for people to choose.
