Planning decisions made under delegated powers

In determining planning applications it is common for conditions to be imposed when planning permission is granted, and reasons are always given when permission is refused.

The decision notice for each decided planning application can be viewed by accessing the individual case and viewing the documents.

For a full and comprehensive explanation of the reasons or conditions attached to a planning decision you can contact the Planning Officer in charge of the case.

The following planning applications have been determined under Delegated Powers (decisions made by the Head of Planning Services on applications which do not need consideration by the Development Management Committee).
