Do you have a comment to make about our services?
We would like to know what our customers really think about
the services we provide. You can help us to do this by completing
the
Comments
Form.
We are committed to providing a high quality, efficient and
friendly service. Below, we set out our standards of customer
care.
Our Standards:
- Replying to Letters and E-mails
We aim to respond to every letter within ten working days of
receipt. The response might be an acknowledgement, a telephone
call, a letter, an e-mail or a personal visit.
We aim to answer 90% of all telephone calls within 15 seconds
(about 5 rings). If we have to transfer your call, we will tell you
what we are doing and who you are being transferred to.
When you call at our reception desk, you will be attended to
promptly and courteously. If you have not made an appointment, we
will try to arrange for an appropriate Officer to help you. This
might not always be possible and we will then discuss with you what
alternative arrangements can be made to deal with your
enquiry.
