The Havant
Borough Cycle Map is now available online for download
(note: large files which will take a long time on a slow
connection). It is also available from local cycle shops and
libraries. The map covers the borough in two sheets and includes
details of all cycle facilities at the time of publication (August
2009). It is part of a series of maps under the banner of the
Solent Cycle Project in which the Council has worked closely
with environmental charity Groundwork Solent
to produce the map. The map includes local information such as
addresses of cycle shops, crime prevention advice, and contact
details for cycling organisations.
Other maps in the Solent series include Portsmouth City
and, in future, Gosport and Fareham. The current maps for Gosport
and Fareham
(
