Partnership for Urban South Hampshire PUSH

PUSH is a partnership of the unitary authorities of Portsmouth and Southampton; Hampshire County Council and district authorities of Eastleigh, East Hampshire, Fareham, Gosport, Havant, Test Valley and Winchester.

PUSH in collaboration with local partners and government agencies continues to work to deliver sustainable, economic-led growth and regeneration to create a more prosperous, attractive and sustainable South Hampshire, which offers a better quality of life for all who live, work and spend their leisure time in the sub-region.

In October 2006, PUSH was selected by the Department for Communities and Local Government ( DCLG ) to be one of 29 “New Growth Points” in England.  This is a long-term partnership with Government which will mean continued support and funding from them. This has already included funding towards the Strategic Flood Risk Assessment ( SFRA ) Park Rd banner
