Changes to Service Point at Waterlooville
From Monday 2 July 2008 Waterlooville Service Point is set to
change the services it provides.
The Service Point, based in Hermitage Housing Offices,
Waterlooville currently provides advice for residents who wish to
claim for Housing and Council Tax benefits. The Service Point will
no longer be open on Mondays and Fridays, but will be open every
Wednesday at the new opening times of 9. 30am until 4.00pm.
General Council Tax queries will no longer be able to be made at
the Service Point. Anyone who has a query related to their Council
Tax should now contact the main office on 023 9244 6340 or 023 9244
6338.

Fairhurst, Portfolio holder for Customer Focus said, “These
changes are due to less people visiting the Service Point together
with a reorganisation at the offices of Hermitage Housing. Any one
who requires information can now call either of the help lines in
the first instance.”

regarding their Council Tax Benefit or Housing Benefit should
