Havant Borough Council formally consulted on the Hayling
Seafront Masterplan (Regulation 17) during the summer 2008
from 4 July until 25 August. The consultation will inform and
will be incorporated as relevant in Havant Borough Council’s Local
Development Framework. The draft Masterplan includes proposals for
regeneration of Hayling Seafront which the Council aims to adopt as
a Supplementary Planning Document (
SPD
).
