Waterlooville Music Festival comes to town
Evocative and Toe tapping music, Tea dances and tremendous
singing will all be part of the third annual music festival taking
place in Waterlooville next week between 7th and 15th June
2008.
The concerts, supported by Havant Borough Council and
Waterlooville Business Association will provide free music every
lunchtime and afternoon from 12.15pm and 3.30pm in the town centre.
Evening performances will be held in St George’s Church and will
cost £5 per ticket or £20 for a passport to all concerts starting
at 7.30pm throughout the week.
Peter Hammond, Business Development Officer from Havant Borough
Council said “This has been a very successful event over the past
two years and we are hoping it will be even more popular this year.
It is an excellent way to hear a wide variety of music and listen
to the marvellous local talent.”
