Advice and Benefits
If you currently receive Housing or Council Tax Benefit and your
circumstances change, our appointment-based system enables you to
have your benefit assessed while you wait.
Do not delay informing us if you have a change in your
circumstances as it may affect your entitlement. Most changes in
circumstances can be processed following a phone call; however
evidence of the change will still be required.
If you would like details on what changes affect your benefit or
would like to report a change, please contact the Benefit Section
on 023 9244 6382/383.
