Your place, your future consultation proves successful
Following the recent Local Development Framework
consultation on the Core Strategy and Site Allocations plans, over
1000 individuals and organisations commented, a majority of which
were about specific sites. All the comments will be given detailed
consideration to inform future versions of the plans.
As well as the large number of written responses, the public
exhibitions were very well attended, together with a number of the
Community Boards’ presentations and school workshops.
All the information from the public consultation will feed into
the next round of plans. It is likely that the next stage will
take place early next year, with the Site Allocations
being looked at in 2009.
