Foreword
This background paper provides information for
monitoring purposes in relation to the retailing policies contained
in the adopted Havant Borough District Wide Local Plan
(HBDWLP) which
will remain in force until September 2008. The background
paper also provides data to help inform the preparation of policies
for the Local Development Framework (
LDF
). The
LDF itself
will evolve as the
HBDWLP
is replaced
by a number of new Local Development Documents. The timetable
for producing these documents is contained in the Local Development
Scheme, available at the Civic Offices or click here.
