Central Retail Park - Park Road Railings Projects

Pedestrian Entrance features

The pedestrian entrance features are completed. The works have been funded and carried out in partnership with Seawards properties, the site developers of the Central Retail Park in Havant.

The Retail Park railings contribute towards creating a distinctive and pleasant environment through the Town Centre and along Park Road.

The new railings on the Central Retail Park boundary wall have nearly been completed.

The railings have been designed by artist, Bruce Williams and Engineered by LJL Engineering of Brighton.

February 2008  Recycling Area Corrals The recycling area corrals are in place at the Retail Park. The distinctive railings echo those at Havant Park entrance.
February 2008  wave railings along wall The railings continue to be installed along the wall boundaries at Central Retail Park.
February 2008  Recycling Area at Central Retail Park  The new Railings designed by Bruce Williams are being installed in phases at Central Retail Park. These works are part funded by Growth Points and developer contributions. They match those at the new Havant Park entrance.
