Havant Borough Wellbeing Partnership

A growing partnership has been formed in Havant Borough to work towards improving the wellbeing of all older people living in the Borough.  The partnership has been formed to address the local needs identified in the Countywide Hampshire Older People’s Wellbeing Strategy and has produced it’s first plan which is designed to be simple and achievable, producing real local outcomes and improvements over time.

 

The partners are currently drawn from the following organisations and will grow and change:

 

Havant Borough Fifty Plus Forum

Havant Borough Council

Hampshire County Council, Havant Adult Services Department

Hampshire County Council, Older People’s Wellbeing Team

Age Concern Hampshire

Department of Work and Pensions

Angel Radio

Neighbour Care Groups

Community Innovation Team

Hampshire Primary Care Trust
