The Traffic Management Act 2004 (Part 6) TMA

From the 31st March 2008, section 6 of the TMA 2004 will come into force. This means that the Havant Borough Council have to introduce a new system for Penalty Charge Notices ( PCN ) that relate to the seriousness of the contravention. These charges have been set nationally by the Secretary of State.

 

One of the main changes is the change of name for Parking Attendants. They will now be known as Civil Enforcement Officers ( CEO ).

 

There will be no change to the uniform colour or style.
