1APP - The National Standard Planning Application Form
Before linking to the 1APP Planning Portal page, please make
sure you are aware of the documents that will be required to be
submitted in order to make your application valid for Havant
Borough Council. Choose the relevant Requirements and
Guidance from the table below.
The Planning Portal 1 APP process will guide you step
by step through the creation of your planning application
form on-line but, once completed, you may wish to check that
the name of your form matches what you expected and so ensure
you have all the correct documents and information to submit along
with the application itself.

We have provided Guidance Notes for each of the
application types to help you fill them in correctly, as well as a
Checklist of all the documents required for each
application type. There is an explanation of each document required
and in what circumstances it should be submitted. Please
make sure you read through both the Checklist and the Guide
thoroughly - if you do not provide the right documents or
do not fill in the application form correctly then your application
may not be accepted.
Important note about drawings.
Please note - when submitting floor, elevation and roof
plans, these should all include the scale, a scale bar,
key dimensions and original page size. If these are not
included the application may not be accepted.
Where possible plans should be submitted/produced for A3
size.

Householder Applications
These forms are for
householders who wish to seek permission for an extension,
conservatory, porch, dormer windows, garage, outbuilding, walls,
and alterations to access. These forms cannot be used fo flats or
non-residential premisies.
