The Aviary Café within the building is open to all visitors between 10am and 2pm and is run by volunteers and students from Highbury College. The students gain valuable skills to support them in the qualification they are working towards, as well as gaining valuable work experience at the same time.

The centre also has a launderette for members of the local community to use, as well as four rooms of various sizes and a large hall with a capacity to hold 350 people, which are available to hire.
