Foreword

 

The Infrastructure Background Paper is part of the Council's evolving Evidence Base which is informing the development of the Havant Local Development Framework ( HLDF ). The Council Evidence Base is a comprehensive collection of information that is being used to assess the development options that are available. The Infrastructure Background Study is particularly important in showing whether there is scope to fit in all the new development without undermining services and facilities. If problems are identified this will help the Council seek funding to ensure that new facilities are provided to service the new development.
