Landscape Volunteer Groups
The council maintains a good relationship with several
landscape volunteer groups in the borough. We have featured some
areas of their work and their contact details below.
Gazebo Garden, Havant
The
Gazebo Garden is a beautiful listed building in Havant
Town Centre. The conservation group help maintain the garden for
the council. The group do a range of work including weeding,
pruning and planting new shrubs when needed. In the council has
provided some tools, ordered new plants and organised the hard
works maintenance whilst the green waste is collected by our
recycling teams.
Brook Meadow, Emsworth
Brook Meadow has now been designated as a Local Nature
Reserve.
The meadow is accessed from the southern end of Palmers Road
Public Car Park (off North Street) in Emsworth. To find out

The woods are accessed at several points in the area north of
Emsworth. The woods are home to a wealth of habitats and offer

On the coast at Emsworth, Nore Barn Woods offer woodland and
coastal walks overlooking Chichester Harbour. To contact the local
