Employment Studies
The Employment Land Review (ELR) provides background information on the employment floorspace requirements for the Borough. The ELR combines the findings from the Property Market Review with the results of the PUSH Study to highlight gaps in the supply position, and identify what action needs to be taken to improve the quantity and quality of new floorspace to meet the borough’s ongoing employment land requirement.

Explains the methodology behind how the provision of employment land has been shared between the 11 PUSH authorities up to 2026. Approved 18 November 2008.
The Property Market Review assesses the overall quality of existing business sites and industrial estates across the Borough, and finds out from companies based in the Borough what their future accommodation needs are likely to be.
