Report on New Tesco Development by DTZ
DTZ is a global real estate adviser. They were
commissioned by Havant Borough Council to advise on the
acceptability of the Tesco proposal to redevelop their store on
Solent Road, particularly with regard to retail planning issues.
These reports are published below.

DTZ were instructed by Havant Borough Council
on 15th October 2007 to review the new material contained within
the revised plans and advise whether the earlier recommendation
that the application be refused on retail planning grounds should
be altered. That recommendation, contained in our report dated August
2007, formed the conclusion to our analysis of the DPP studies
submitted in July 2006 and March 2007.
