NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF A CODE OF CONDUCT FOR LOCAL AUTHORITY
MEMBERS
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Borough of Havant
has adopted, with effect from 25th July 2007, a new local code of
conduct incorporating the mandatory provisions of the model code of
conduct prescribed by the Secretary of State for Communities and
Local Government in the Schedule to the Local Authorities (Model
Code of Conduct) Order 2007.
Notice is also given that a copy of the code as adopted is
available for inspection by members of the public at the Customer
Services Reception, Civic Offices, Civic Centre Road, Havant, PO9
2AX between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding
public holidays).
