Planning Pages
Planning Application Information and Comments
On-line
"Planning Pages" is an on-line Internet service that allows
you to view details of planning applications being considered by
the Council as well as some planning history. You can monitor the
progress of an application, submit comments about the application,
search a constantly updated list of applications received and
decided each week, and view details of some historic applications.
By clicking on the "Documents" tab within an application record,
you can view current planning application documents on-line. These
include plans, application forms, letters and decision documents
that have been received from 1st August 2005.

protected and can be released by virtue of the relevant statutory
process under the Freedom of Information Act, Environmental

You may only use material which is downloaded and/or printed for

Limitations
The service continues to be developed, and is updated daily
(during the early hours of the morning).
Please contact our offices for details of associated
documents, such as the planning applications and plans and the
constraints that may apply, such as Tree Preservation Orders,
Conservation Orders, Listed Buildings etc. The online planning
history contained within the site at present is incomplete and
should not be relied upon in connection with a property
transaction.
Details about previous planning applications are currently
provided from 1992 onwards, however decisions are only available
from 1996. Before this date no decision was recorded on the
database and therefore you should contact our offices on
023 9244 6015 to verify the information.
Note: In accordance with requirements
for Part 1 of the Planning Register, case documents and plans are
available on-line for six months from the decision date.
After that time, the documents and plans are removed from the
website, although the summary information is still available to
view.
No responsibility will be taken for any errors or omissions in
the planning history information obtained from "Planning Pages".
Similarly the information contained within "Planning Pages" does
not constitute in any way a formal notification of a planning
decision, and as such any actions taken as a result of information
displayed on the site are undertaken entirely at the viewer's own
risk.
Under normal circumstances the new planning application
information will be able to be viewed within ten working days
of receipt of the application. If this is not available you may
wish to try a few days later, or alternatively you will be able to
view the planning application information in addition to the plans
and associated documents at Havant Borough Council's Civic Offices
in Civic Centre Road, Havant, during normal office hours. Havant
Borough Council reserve the right to remove or not display certain
planning application information for confidentiality or other
reasons.
