Council Housing - Affordable Homes

Eco Homes

Havant Borough Council does not have it's own stock of Council Housing, or Social Housing as it is more commonly referred.

The Council transferred its housing stock to a local housing association in 1994. Since then, Havant Borough Council has funded a development programme which has produced over 1000 new housing association homes in the last 10 years.

In May 2006 Havant Borough Council took back ownership of the Havant Housing Register. This register is a waiting list for social housing in the Havant Borough.
