Internal Audit

Havant internal audit have formed a partnership with Winchester City Council. The Audit Manager manages across all sites, and there are a further 3 audit staff employed at WCC. The auditors at each site are seconded across to audit the other authoritiy if needed or if they have expertise in the area under review. This arrangement has provided all authorities with the following advantages:
