study the accident record and traffic flows and see whether the
request is valid against those standards. As part of the study they
will contact officers at Havant Borough Council to get relevant
additional information.

measures which change the way traffic moves for the
purpose of promoting safety, or preserving or improving the
environment. Traffic calming is not so much about the use of
